I hope that you’re all doing well, and will have the opportunity for some rest through August.
As we look ahead, here’s a reminder of our next gathering and some news on what’s coming up.
1 – Join us for our September Gathering
Our regular Restore:MK Leaders’ Gatherings are a space for church leaders to connect, support and pray for one another, and for our city. Join us on Wednesday 16 September from 9.00-11.00am when we’re grateful to be hosted by All Saints Church, Loughton.

2 – Please keep praying for our next steps
In recent months, we’ve seen God moving across our city in some significant ways.
When we gathered in March this year for a Day of Prayer, there was a real sense that God is calling us to something significant as His people through this season. In response to this, we’re going to be working in the Autumn towards a city-wide initiative that will enable us to better journey, pray and work together for the spiritual, social, economic, political, and environmental transformation of our city.
It is early days, and we only want to follow where God leads us. However, I’m hopeful we will see some significant steps forward in the coming months as we partner together with God to see His kingdom come in this city.
Please do pray for this and, if you have any questions or feel God prompting you to get involved, just let me know.
3 – Gospel Entrepreneurs – seeking economic transformation for our city
We’ll be thinking a little about what this means at our September gathering, but in the meantime, I wanted to draw your attention to an event taking place on Monday 21 September. It is open to everyone, and hosted at Venture Church, Oldbrook, Milton Keynes, MK6 2TG
Gospel Entrepreneurs exists to mentor, coach and encourage Christian entrepreneurs as they seek to live out their faith through business, innovation and leadership. Our vision is to redeem the word entrepreneurship within the life of the local church. We believe entrepreneurship is more than starting businesses—it is about recognising opportunities, creating solutions, stewarding resources and serving others with the gifts God has given.
We want to help church leaders, business owners, social enterprise leaders, pioneers and those involved in pioneering ministry find one another, build genuine relationships and learn from each other’s experiences. Too often these communities work in isolation, yet they have much to offer one another.
Through mentoring, coaching, relationship, Gospel Entrepreneurs creates spaces where people can be inspired, encouraged and equipped to fulfil their calling. Together we want to explore how enterprise, innovation and mission can work hand in hand, enabling Christians to make a lasting impact in their towns, cities and communities for sake of God’s Kingdom.
