Full Time: 37.5 Hours per week
Salary: Circa £25000, pro-rata

We’re now looking for an Ethos Youth Worker to join our fantastic team at Lord Grey Academy. Our Youth Workers provide hands-on support for students at their point of need. They offer evidence-based interventions and mentoring for tackling low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, resilience, loss, and behavioural difficulties. They also work widely across the curriculum to help embed a values-based approach to learning as well as providing safe spaces for students. Their relational approach helps students to grow in every area of their education and lives, enabling them to reach their full potential.
